The Raven

This is the work in progress I came up with to represent what inspired me from Edgar Allen Poe's Raven. This piece will be displayed in an upcoming exhibition at the Modern Eden Gallery. Opening night is December 15, 2012 at 6-10 pm. The exhibition will run from December 15, 2012 to January 6, 2013.

Nevermore

The Modern Eden Gallery will have a solo exhibition featuring Leilani Bustamante and the Nevermore Group showing which will be pieces of art inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's Raven. I will be participating in the Nevermore group showing.

The opening is on Sunday: December 15, 2012 at 6-10 pm.

Everlasting Death

This is a 9 by 12 inch piece done in color pencil. It is a light study for the Darkness series of my original 'Dream Carriers' series.
This spider is definitely more menacing than the other piece done and I was aiming to show its malevolence.
